Biography
Luke Kerr, a former British Army Commander and Physical Training Instructor, is renowned for his award-winning successes in business and sport as a motivational leader, coach, mentor, and instructor. Over the past 25 years, Luke’s diverse career has spanned serving in operations in Africa and Northern Ireland, competing in elite-level sports like running and boxing in the Army, working as a FIFA Instructor in the Middle East, and running ultra-marathons across the UK and Europe to raise money for the mental health charity MIND. Today, he is a respected business leader known for creating and sustaining high-performing teams that execute business strategies and deliver top-line objectives using lean six sigma methodology. Luke has won various business awards for his team development and business success. In addition to his business achievements, Luke has dedicated 20 years to developing beach sports, particularly beach soccer, where he served as Head Coach of England for over three years and founded his own events company and coaching organizations. Currently, he holds various leadership roles across both business and sporting organizations.
