I am a passionate and experienced clinical leader, I moved to the Isle of Wight as a child and returned in 2004 to raise my family by the sea. I’m a practicing GP  at Tower House Surgery in Ryde, currently serving as Clinical Director and Deputy Chief Medical Officer for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board. I have over a decade of board-level leadership, including chairing the former Isle of Wight CCG and leading major service transformation reviews. I have led dementia and frailty programmes, promoted age-friendly and dementia-friendly initiatives, and worked closely with local authorities and the voluntary sector. During the pandemic, I led the Island’s community response.

I have strong partnerships across health, care, and public health sectors. I am committed to population health and patient safety, I hope to contribute in these areas on the Ryde Neighbourhood board, and continue to drive innovation and integrated care to meet the all the needs of the Island community.
